Md Rasel Miah (“I”, “me”) provides paid advertising management, conversion tracking, analytics and Meta business asset troubleshooting services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed-price projects may require a deposit before work starts. Monthly management is billed in advance. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform and is not included in my fees.
You agree to provide accurate information and the access needed to deliver the work, such as partner access in Meta Business Manager or user access in Google Ads. You remain the owner of all your accounts, data and assets and can remove my access at any time. I will never ask for your passwords.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside my control, including platform algorithms, competition, budgets and your product or offer. I do not guarantee specific results. Decisions about account restrictions, appeals, verifications and policies are made solely by platforms such as Meta and Google.
I keep your business information, data and account details confidential and only use them to deliver the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.
On full payment, you own the campaign structures, documentation and deliverables created specifically for you. I may reference the general nature of the work in my portfolio without disclosing confidential details, unless you ask me not to.
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party platforms.
Ongoing management can be cancelled by either party with [add notice period] written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage my services applies to that engagement.
